Yoni Sade



Mr. Sade, based in Houston, is the founder and the Chairman of Elite Street Capital. Establishing his first business at the age of 21, Mr. Sade has created various successful businesses throughout his career as well as purchasing thousands of multifamily units to date.

Mr. Sade has an overall responsibility of managing Elite Street Capital with a particular focus on implementing the firm’s investment program, acquisition, asset management, and disposition.

Robert Hervey

President and COO


Robert T. Hervey currently serves as President at Elite Street Capital. As President, Mr. Hervey is responsible for the implementation and execution of Elite Street Capital’s strategic agenda in coordination with its executive team. Mr. Hervey oversees the daily operation of the company and reports directly to the CEO. Mr. Hervey is responsible for establishing policies that promote company culture, vision, and growth. Mr. Hervey previously served as Elite Street Capital’s CFO and has over 17 years of finance, accounting and operations experience; eight years of which were dedicated to providing financial due diligence services to private equity investors and corporations. Prior to joining Elite Street Capital, Robert lead Houston’s Transaction Advisory Services for RSM US and was finance and accounting manager over an international division of Oil States International. Robert started his career at a Big Four accounting firm.

David Whitby



Mr. Whitby has been in the multifamily industry for over 10 years and overseen the acquisition and management of over 6,000 multifamily units spread across the US. His main focus is to lead Elite Street Capital to perform to its highest capacity in order to provide its equity partners, lending partners, residents, and employees an environment of excellence and integrity. David is involved with the portfolio from acquisition to disposition and oversees the property, asset, and construction management for each property.

David graduated from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors degree in Finance. David is a devoted husband and father of two (Madison and Will) and is an active deacon at his church, Second Baptist Church.
